The Policy Writing Guide includes:

How to select participants in the writing group. It’s a group that represents the organization well.
A video that introduces the topic of destructive misconduct through profiles of perpetrators and targeted individuals and the harm inflicted on people and organizations. It provides a common understanding of the problems to be addressed in the policy for writing workshop participants.
The recorded Guide leads the group through each section of the policy and procedures to be created.
The sequence of each section is: delivery of a tutorial by Dr. Namie, the review of sample terms, paused instruction to allow discussion and real time text editing by the group.
Though facilitated, the workshop is self-directed and completed at the group’s preferred pace.
